BEST CHIPS EVER!!!! Everything was delish, the grilled blue grenadine was cooked to perfection but the chips.......the chips were the best
Hamburgers were amazing. Salads were fresh, bread was lovely. The bloke burger was huge with so much in it, great value. And the chicken schnitzel burger in Turkish bread was one of the tastiest burgers Ive ever had. Congratulations Fish Pen takeaway. (we heard your radio ad, so had to try you when we came to Merimbula from Moruya).
Best fish in chips for a few towns... Great sized servings, GF option with grilled fish - flat head battered fish was delicious and of course a perfect amount of chicken salt. The tartare sauce was also a 5/5 😊😍🐟🍟
Beautiful fresh flathead, so good that we've been driving half an hour up from Eden just to go to Fishpen. It's situated right next to the beach and also just behind the oyster farms so perfect to grab some food and watch the sun set over the picturesque hills of Merimbula
Ordered a family pack at a busy time during holidays and it was ready in less than 10 minutes and the fish and calamari were great and crispy. Would definitely order from there again.
This was the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time! The whole meal was fresh and salted really well. The fish was beautifully flakey, light and had a great crisp. The battered sav was also battered delicately and was yummy. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a fresh and delicious fish and chips!
One of the best fish and chips we've had. Absolutely delicious. I just wish the staff were a bit (a lot) more friendly. But delicious food anyway.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience. The fish was fresh and flavoursome with a light, crispy batter. The calamari was also fresh and well cooked, coated in a light crumb. The chips were excellent. Service was quick, prices were reasonable, and I’d definitely recommend it.
